Fifth chapter of Biology series. Four artists in the exploration of sound Biorecordings. Ketapilla is a self exploration project from Istanbul, her influences wide among punk/rock, darkwave, ambient but she’s interested with ambient and dubby techno. Berber is a dark techno project, already released on Trivmvirate Records (digital) attending for the next vinyl releases on Trivmvirate and Biorecordings. N.d is a well know artist, already released on Trivmvirate, Evasion Room Records and Biorecordings, his sound is a tight mix of dark and dub techno. TicK is a newcomer well know for us, his deep/ambient sound says all, soon a new Ep by him on Biorecordings. Classy!

Detroit and Futuristic visions are never going to disappoint my ears! EV002 which I featured on the blog last week featured some great tracks and now Evasion Room quickly follow up with another fantastic release. I’ve heard a few tracks from N.d. in the past so was excited to see him appear on the ER roster.

This release is filled to the brim with deep, lush chords and soundscapes, taking me to busy sidestreets, all the way to the upper atmosphere, an essential purchase.

It’s time to present a new artist that will be one of the primary faces on Evasion Room Records.
His name is N.d, a guy from Malta with a very strong attitude to techno.
In this EP he shows us a strong vision of future vibes but with a Detroit feeling that keeps us dancing.
Track 5 and Space are more unconventional tunes, without the classy 4/4 kick, but with very fat chords. Rendezvouz and Tourette are two 4/4 tunes ideal to make the dancefloor crazy with deep feelings.
To complete this ep there are two remixes from the label owners.
Riccardo D’Agostini makes Rendezvouz more introspective but without destroying the original feeling of the track.
Emanuele Pertoldi makes Track 5 even more deep than the original putting also a 4/4 part inside, ideal for a late night dj set.
