Thrumcast is a monthly podcast series brought to you by the good people behind Thrum Room, a monthly event in Cape Town that explores the deeper, dubbier reaches of techno and house. To kick off the series we have enlisted the services of a veritable giant of contemporary techno, none other than SA-born, New York-based Brendon Moeller aka Echologist. An inspiration to us since his early releases on Mule, Astralwerks & Six Degrees Record, residency at Cielo, a Resident Advisor podcast that became an instant classic and founding Steadfast Records, all of which has led to regular tours around the world including bookings at the mythical Berghain.
