!nertia – CeroCeroCero [Full Album]

!nertia is a sonic artist who pushes the boundaries of sound. His work explores the motion of sound through an instinctive way of working: he makes field recordings and then he extracts movement out of these natural sounds. Afterwards, he combines these sounds into live electronic music through the journey of inertia, creating a smooth and organic blend, fusing two different worlds into one.

This unique approach results into emotional and hypnotic art works, which mutate into performances to experience his narrative sound in diverse multisensorial ways. !nertia‘s live electronic performances have different shapes like art exhibitions and sound installations. Besides that, !nertia often collaborates with artists from different disciplines like graphic designers, fine artists, tattoo artists, musicians and composers.

Enjoy the ride!

Bjika – Chapters LP

Bjika has gone from strength to strength in the last few years and I would say this is his finest work yet. Very nice varied range of styles in the album. Nice to hear some of the more mellow dub techno from him.

Available digitally and also in Limited Edition CD-R in a cardboard sleeve. Handstamped and numbered. With full colour inlay.

Bjika – “Thanks to all my family and friends for supporting me. Big shout out to the secret listening crew: Mark, Rob, Mike, Dylan & Kev”

Ohrwert – Fidelis / Blavus [Greyscale Vinyl]

Lithuania’s Greyscale returns this December with Ohrwert’s ‘Fidelis / Blavus’, backed with remixes from XDB and grad_u.

Greyscale was launched in 2012 by Lithuanian producer and DJ grad_u, and photographer Rima Prusakova, set up as a platform for material from grad_u and close friends whilst Prusakova’s black and white analogue photography provides the visual identity of the label.

Irammm – Les Deserts D’Irammm

Irammm is a new alias from an artist who lands on the Shaded Explorations label with a full length entitled ‘Les Deserts D’Irammm’. The idea behind this new album is to invite you into the archives of Irammm. It is “a kind of a testimony of the life over here, alone in the desert, maybe buried, struggling for water amidst the illusion of an oasis” and was written as a cathartic exercise to release pain and find peace and sorrow in sound, and that is something all listeners will resonate with such is the evocative nature of all nine tracks.
